Anne W. Burrell was a television personality, a former chef at the Institute of Culinary Education and previously taught cooking. She's the host of Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network and the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. With her trademark spiky blond hair and pumped-up personality Anne Burrell eliminates the intimidation of eating out and offers simple, easy-to-learn techniques to cook at home on her Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef. Chef Burrell has worked in many of the best restaurants in New York, studied the culinary landscape and traditions of Italy, and battled in the Food Network's Iron Chef America.
